It was enjoyable. The venue/size was perfect for seeing what the chefs were doing and it was well covered technically.
I was disappointed the the local Cheesemonger didn't take part (as per the program) but the replacement was interesting. And I guess a good problem to have is the choice of sessions. They were all good so there were coins flipped on both days. And thanks for the reminder! I have to get it in gear and finish the post!
