Ham and cheese


Eataly is one of those places, that for me anyway, is (almost) as near and dear to my heart as my own kitchen.  And here, in the belly of Eataly, Torino, the are the royalty of the Italian food famiglia, Parmigiano Reggiano and Prosciutto di Parma.


The heady perfume of ripening cheese and aging prosciutto was positively intoxicating and I hadn't even been to the beer hall yet.
